Zesty Basket reserves the right to modify, amend, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any such change signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
User Eligibility and Registration
1. Eligibility
The Platform is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
2. Account Creation
In order to access and use the services on the Platform, you may need to create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and billing information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of your account details.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure. Zesty Basket will not be liable for any unauthorized access or use of your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials.
Products, Ordering, and Pricing
1. Product Availability
Products available on the Platform are subject to availability. Zesty Basket reserves the right to change or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. In case a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a suitable replacement or refund.
2. Pricing and Offers
All prices for products on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR). Zesty Basket reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be displayed during checkout.
3. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation message detailing the order summary. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order; it only indicates that the order has been received. Zesty Basket reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons such as incorrect pricing, out-of-stock products, or any other reasons deemed necessary.
Delivery and Shipping
1. Delivery Charges and Areas
Delivery charges, if any, will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location. Zesty Basket currently operates in specific delivery areas, and we do not guarantee delivery outside of these areas.
2. Delivery Time
We aim to process and deliver orders within the stipulated time frame. However, we do not guarantee exact delivery times due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, and logistical issues).
3. Shipping Risk
Once the products are handed over to the delivery carrier, the risk of loss or damage during transit is transferred to the customer.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
In case of damaged or defective products, you must notify us within 2 hours of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, as per our return policy.
